Who we are
This site is run by 2X Creative, LLC ("we"). You can reach us at hello@outerpub.com. This policy covers outerpub.com, not the game itself.
What we collect
If you sign up for launch news, we collect your email address and basic signup details. If you email us, we get your address and whatever you write. We use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and measure site performance. It doesn't set cookies. We don't run advertising.
How we use it
We use your email address to send you launch news and occasional development updates, and to reply if you write to us. We don't sell it.
Who else handles data
We use service providers for hosting, content delivery, analytics and email. They process data like IP addresses on our behalf and may be based in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also write to hello@outerpub.com to ask for a copy of your data, or to have it corrected or deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, including complaining to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our mailing list isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has signed up, tell us and we'll remove them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
